Musculoskeletal Injuries “Injury Massage Oil” Recipe

There’s nothing like a warm bath, including the right essential oils, to ease pain in the body. Apply massage oil, (2 to 3 Times a Day), to the injured area or area of pain.

What you will need:
Glass Measuring Cup (To be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
Measuring Spoons (Preferably Aluminum, Glass, or Stainless Steel to be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
A small Dropper (To be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
An empty 1-ounce Amber Glass Bottle
Label
German Chamomile Essential Oil
Litsea Essential Oil
Vetiver Essential Oil
Arnica Oil for Carrier Oil
Saint-John’s Wort Essential Oil

You can purchase the items needed at most Aromatherapy Stores. I, personally, purchase at http://www.rosemountainherbs.com to ensure the quality of the essential oils.

This Recipe makes 1-ounce (30 ml)
